In the double boiling cooker equipped with a gas burner (5) heating the conductive liquid in a cooking vessel (1), an electric heater (6) is placed beneath the cooking vessel and over the gas burner. A ceramics pot with a lid (4) is placed in the cooking vessel so as to carry out the double boiling cooking. A steam pipe (8) with a thermometer (7) is installed at the center of the lid of the ceramics pot. A rectangular chamber (9) is prepared at the top of the steam pipe to mount a cock valve (11) and a pressure gage (10).
