Roll-forming machine

Roll-forming machine for the production of metal sections of varying shape and thickness from strip, with a machine bed with successive roll stands equipped with forming rolls on driven upper and lower roll shafts. The forming rolls (10,11) are mounted in the roll stand optionally slidable singly or together at right angles to the feed direction (A) from a parking position (B) to a lockable working position (C) and vice versa and are of the same and/or different profile form. A changeover method for the machine is also claimed.
