<p>A control system for controlling auxiliary devices (20) of a printing press (22). Auxiliary devices (20) are connected to a centralized system controller (24) for operation thereof. The system controller (24) provides an image of control panels for controlling each of the auxiliary devices (20) on a single display screen (46). A touch screen controller (52) is combined with the display screen (46) and the system controller (24), allowing a press operator to set and control the operating parameters of the devices from control panel images on the display. The parameters for the auxiliary devices (20) may be saved as a set and recalled for later use on similar job runs.</p> |
