The corrosion protection occurs by dip lacquering. The part has a first sheet part, formed of two welded galvanised sheets, and a second galvanised sheet part seating on the first sheet part. In the region of the weld seam (6) of the first sheet part (1), the two sheet parts (1,2) are spaced apart by a region (13,14,15) of at least one sheet part. This is recessed from the seating faces (9,10).
