<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the design cost of a lead frame and the cost of a manufacturing equipment, and shorten the design time of the lead frame, by setting a part which can be shared in a lead frame for mounting a light emitting element, a light detecting element, etc. CONSTITUTION:The title lead frame consists of a light detecting side frame 1 and a light emitting side frame 11. In the light 4 detecting side frame 1, a tiebar row bridges the gap between the cradle parts 6a, 6b. In the light emitting side frame 11, a tie bar row bridges the gap between cradle parts 16a, 16b. In the above cases, reference holes 7a, 17a which are arranged with an interval P are formed so as to be common to both of the frames 1, 11. In both of the frames, common tiebars 3, 4, 14, and leads 5, 15 are formed while the reference holes 7a, 17b are applied to references.</p> |
