The self locking gate drive (1) has a drive motor (8) and a redn. gear unit (9). The drive has a travelling nut (11) connected by a joint with the door panel (6), by a coupling element (14), one side at the nut and at the other side at the gate panel. A locking and an unlocking system is provided, which locks the rotation of the coupling element about one of its two pivot axes (15) at the nut or pref. (16) at the gate panel. For the normal operation of the gate panel using the drive unit, by the movement of the travelling nut along the movement screw or allows the rotation of the coupling element at both pivot axes, for the attaining of a link quadrilateral bellcrank, allowing the manual emergency operation of the gate panel, consisting of the drive unit, the gate panel and the coupling element, with which the travelling nut fixed on the movement screw (10) is unlocked. |
