SOLUBILIZING, DIGESTING AND DECOMPOSING TANK

PURPOSE:To lessen the burden of treating facilities without hindering sewer as there is no more need for operation to collect and discard garbage. CONSTITUTION:Various kinds of org. waste of the garbage are crushed to fine grains by a crushing machine and are divided to water and org. waste by a settling tank 1. The org. waste is sent through a transfer pipe 7 by a submersible pump 6 to a fermenting and digesting tank 8. Facultative anaerobic bacteria are added into this fermenting and digesting tank 8, where the org. waste is subjected to gaseous decomposition by accelerating the fermentation, decomposition, solubilization and digestion thereof while the temp. in the fermenting and digesting tank 8 is kept at 35 deg.C. At this time, the generated gases are purified by a chemical in a desulfurizing tank 12 and are released from an air vent port 15. The fermenting and digesting tank 8 is internally provided with a screw type agitating machine and node type upper scum scraping device which are operatable from outside in order to promote the digestion of the org. waste by gaseous decomposition. The water of decomposition stored in a specified volume or more flows into a filter device 21 by a transfer pipe 20 through an overflow device and is released from a drain port after the water is filtered.
