PURPOSE: To provide a body tissue penetrating instrument for a trocar etc., which has reduced danger on blood cells, organs, etc., as far as possible by improved optical control. CONSTITUTION: This is a body tissue penetration instrument which has a hard hollow shaft 10 with an at least partly transparent penetrating tip end part 12 as the distal end, which shaft is allowed to be surrounded by a hollow sleeve 22. The instrument is allowed to be equipped with illumination and a visualizing member 32 and the penetrating tip end part can be equipped with a spiral member with the surface converging outward to a straight line. Thereby, a device such as a trocar, etc., is inserted into a body and tissue, etc., can be observed via the transparent part on the tip end before penetrating or inciong tissue, etc., without interference. |
