PURPOSE: To provide a liquid compsn. capable of forming an optical image which is stable in the production process of a dry film and contains an org. solvent as little as possible, and preferably contains no solvent. CONSTITUTION: This liquid compsn. contains (a) acid-contg. polymers, (b) ethylene type unsatd. monomers, (c) photoinitiator and (d) water. The acid-contg. polymers are partially neutralized and are prepared from precursor polymers which are neutralized with base by 1 to 15 % of the acid groups and have 90 to 160 acid value before neutralization. The liquid compsn. has about 10 to 2000cPs Brook-Field viscosity at 25 C and has 25 to 60wt.% solid content. When soln. polymers are present, the amt. of the polymers is specified to <5wt.%. When an org. solvent is present, its amt. is specified to <25wt.% of the sum of the org. solvent and water. |
