PRODUCTION OF INORGANIC COMPOSITION, PRODUCTION OF LAMINATED BODY AND PRODUCTION OF PROTECTIVE MATERIAL FOR PEN-INPUT PANEL

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a method to easily produce an inorg. compsn. suitable to laminate porous films excellent in scratching resistance on a base body. CONSTITUTION:This inorg. compsn. is obtd. by mixing condensed compsns. (A) and (B) described below with the mixing ratio of A/B=0.4 to 2.4 (by weight). The compsn. (A) is obtd. by mixing one mole of alkoxy silane expressed by Si(OR)4 (R is C1-5 alkyl groups), 2-8 moles of basic aq. soln. having PH 10.0 to 12.0, and 10-30 moles of org. solvent. The compsn. (B) is obtd. by mixing one mole of alkoxy silane expressed by (R<2>)nSi(OR<1>)4-n (R<1> and R<2> are C1-5 alkyl groups and (n) is an integer 0-3), 3-8 moles of acid aq. soln. having PH 0 to 2.6, and 10-30 moles of org. solvent.
