PURPOSE:To prevent a coloring material from migrating together with a cement base curing material, color a surface without irregularity in color, and heighten surface strength. CONSTITUTION:Along a contact face of a formwork plate 2 with a cement base curing material, a meshy material such as an expanded metal 3 is arranged. A water permeable material impregnated with a coloring material is arranged near to the formwork plate 2 with the meshy material sandwiched in between the two. For the coloring material, pigment or dye, or a material in which the pigment and the dye are dispersed is used. For the water permeable material 5, various fibers such as unwoven cloth, glass fiber, synthetic resin fiber can be used in addition to an ordinary cloth. The cement base curing material such as concrete is placed so as to be in contact with the formwork plate 2. Thus, even when it is vibrated by a vibrator or the curing material flows out due to slump, the coloring material does not flow out. When the particle in the curing material passes through the water permeable material 5 and the meshy material, the coloring material mixes in the particle, so that a colored layer without irregularity in color is formed in between the formwork plate 2 and the water permeable material 5. The water permeable material 5 does not appear on the surface. |
