<p>PURPOSE:To provide a mat for dust control and the manufacture thereof which achieves excellent dimensional stability during manufacturing, better fuzzing property and, moreover, excellent pattern expressibility. CONSTITUTION:In this mat for dust control which is excellent in dimensional stability and a manufacturing method thereof, a base fabric 1 is made up of a base 5 comprising a woven fabric or an unwoven fabric and a cotton fiber layer 6 bound to the base 5. The cotton fiber layer 6 contains a low melting point cotton-like fiber and the cotton-like fiber layer after the stitching of a pile yarn is fixed thermally.</p> |
