CONTINUOUS METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SOAP BARS HAVING LOW DENSITY

The method is applied in the household chemical preparations. It is used for the production of high quality toilet soap in bars having higher water content and bigger volume plus reduced production costs. The method includes the preparation of raw soap containing from 10 to 50% cocoa oil, from 50 to 90% tall oil and moisture from 28 to 35%, addition of stabilizers/helatoforming agents, aromatizing additives and antizoxidants, and aeration of the molten soap mass in a continuously operating mixer-disintegrator where air having pressure of 60 H/m2 is continuously fed. The hot aerated mass is poured in frames for producing bars or directly in special packaging.
