摘要 In order to minimise the power losses of the pump motor in a hydraulic braking system with brake and drive slip control, it is proposed to interrupt the intake line (13, 113) by means of a stop valve (15, 115) when the feed pressure of the pump (10, 110) is sufficient for drive slip control so that no further pressure medium can be taken from the reservoir (2). The pump (10, 110) then conveys no further volume via an overpressure valve (17) back into the reservoir (2), thus relieving the motor of the pump (10, 110). The stop valve (15, 115) is preferably designed so that the master cylinder pressure acts in the opening direction and the pressure of the pump (10, 110) in the closing direction of the stop valve (15, 115), which is biassed in the opening direction by a pressure spring.
