Liquid heating apparatus

The apparatus for heating fluids has a beaker (3) arranged in a housing (4) to hold fluid, or a water bath (2) for a fluid container (1). It also has a heater (5) and a temperature regulator (13). The latter (13) has a bimetallic element (25). The apparatus also includes a circuit board (12) for the electric components of the circuit. The temperature regulator (13) is fixedly arranged on the circuit board (12) at a fixed distance (26) from the heater (5) in the housing (4,11). Preferably, the bimetallic element (25) is on the side of the circuit board (12) facing the heater (5), at the fixed distance (26) from it.
