The toilet system is adapted for use on board a bus. It has a technical module (1) containing pumps for rinsing and hand washing, pneumatic equipment for the operation of the toilet valve, which seals the connection to the faeces collection tank, and the release valve for emptying the tank. The module contains fans for the ventilation of the toilet cabin, controls for the correct operation of all the components, and plug connections for supplies of air, water and electricity. The module, which has dimensions of 435 mm x 315 mm x 215 mm, also houses the heaters for winter operation.
