Composting plant

An assembly produces compost primarily from organic substances following any necessary mechanical processing, in rotting chambers in which humidity, air access and temperature are controlled, following which additional rotting and mechanical treatment are applied. The novelty is that the assembly is sub-divided into a pre-rotting zone (4), a main rotting zone (5) and a final rotting zone (6), which are incorporated within a single building (7).
