Electrostatic adhesive panel production process

The process is used to mfr. electrostatic adhesive panels. The panels include an insulating layer, a non-conductive carrier, conductive tracks on the carrier and a high voltage (HV) source connected to the tracks. A pattern is used to apply the tracks. The size of the pattern is independent of the size of the track pattern to be formed. In another aspect, the insulating layer and carrier of non-conductive material have conductive tracks formed on them and have a HV source on them connected to the tracks. All of the materials to be pressed are intensively dried. The HV source has an integral clock pulse generator and is electrically (DC) isolated from the 12V supply.
