Sample extn. from volatile carrier

For the processing and/or extn. of samples, carried in a volatile carrier and esp. a solvent, the sample is dried in a vessel before and/or after the processing and/or extn.. The vapours are extracted by suction and the vessel contains an underpressure. Also claimed is an appts. which has a second system to evaporate and dry the sample in one or more vessels. The vessel is contained within a heated chamber, pref. by microwaves, together with a suction extn. channel and a gas feed channel connected to the interior of the vessel. Both parts of the appts. are structured to take the sample holder.
