(A) 15-85 wt.% of the acry monomer selected from methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, propyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, ethyl methacrylate, propyl methacrylate, butyl methacrylate, 2-ethylhexyl methacrylate, lauryl methacrylate, isobutyl methacrylate, isopropyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, or methacrylic acid; (B) 5-50 wt.% of vinylic monomer selected from styrene or alpha-methyl styrene; (C) 5-50 wt.% of the epoxy modified material of formula (I) prepd. by oxyran ring-opening reaction of the component E of formula (III) and the component F of formula (IV); (D) 5-30 wt.% of the rubber modified material of formula (II) prepd by esterification or oxyran ring-opening reaction of the component G of formula (V).
