PURPOSE:To provide method of inexpensively and efficiently manufacturing insulating radiating sheet, which is excellent in electrical insulating properties, resistance to chemicals and resistance to plasma gas and also has small thermal resistance. CONSTITUTION:Insulating radiating sheet composition consisting of at least polyolefin-based rubber, hardener and boron nitride is dissolved in organic solvent so as to turn into slurry and then be applied on releasing film and, after being dried, vulcanized. |
