PURPOSE:To simplify a system by registering all subscriber data of a mobile station to a storage device of a base station and applying normal call connection processing even to a zone of the base station in which no subscriber data are registered so as to use the memory-effectively. CONSTITUTION:When a connection request is received from a mobile station 300 in a zone of an optional base station 20i among plural base stations 201-20n, a subscriber check request section 22A of the base station 20i sends a validity check request with respect to the connection request to a management station 100, a system management section 12 of the management station 100 checks the validity of the mobile station 300 publicating the connection request based on data of an all-subscriber data storage device 11 and sends the result of check to the base station 20i publicating the check request. The base station 20i allows a check result reception section 22B of the subscriber management section 22 to receive the check result and sends it to a call processing control section 21, which makes call connection. Thus, all subscriber data accommodated in the simple cellular telephone system are stored by the device 11 only and each base station does not require the storage. |
