PURPOSE:To enable a ceramic board to be less deformed and enhanced in insulating properties by a method wherein a laminated ceramic board and a single- layered ceramic board are placed on a setter of porous ceramic and burned for removing binder. CONSTITUTION:Sintering assistant is added to ceramic powder and ground together, and organic binder is mixed into the sintering assistant-containing ceramic powder, which is formed into a green sheet 1. Then, viaholes 2 are provided to the green sheet 1, and conductive paste 3 containing metal powder' is filled into the viaholes 2. The green sheets 1 are laminated and bonded together by thermocompression into a multilayered ceramic board 6. The multilayered ceramic board 6 is placed on a setter 5a of porous ceramic and burned for removing binder, when generated carbon dioxide is discharged out through the open surface of the board 6 and the contacting surface of the board 6 with the setter 5a. In result, a multilayered ceramic board less deformed and enhanced in insulating properties can be obtained. |
