PURPOSE:To detect an approval field and give an approval irrelevantly to the format of a document on condition that the document has the predetermined approval field by providing a means which writes an approving person's name in the frame of the approval field in a document file. CONSTITUTION:This system consist of an ID card 1, an ID card reader 2, a personal computer 3, and a floppy disk 4. Then an approval field program 7 retrieves a word 61 of 'approval' in the document file 5 and detects a blank 62 having a certain range below it as the approval section 6. Then when the approving person sets an ID card 1 on the ID card reader 2, approving person discrimination data 8 are read out of the ID card 1. The read approving person discrimination data 8 are converted into the approving person name 10 which is usable in the document file 5 by an approving person conversion program 9. The approving person's name 10 is written in the document file by an approving person's name writing program 11 and the approving process of the document is performed. |
