PURPOSE:To uniformize the thickness of a toner and facilitate sealing by uniformly pressing a cylindrical toner regulating member to a toner layer carrier with a cylindrical toner regulating member fixing member having a shaft in parallel with the shaft of the toner layer carrier. CONSTITUTION:The quantity of a toner 3 guided by a toner layer carrier 2 is regulated by a cylindrical toner regulating member 4 made of a smooth rod-like metal on the surface and formed into a uniform thin film, and the toner 31 is electrified. The toner regulating member 4 uniformly presses the toner layer carrier 2 with a cylindrical toner regulating member fixing member 5 having a shaft parallel with the shaft of the toner layer carrier 2, and the toner 31 passing between the toner layer carrier 2 and the cylindrical toner regulating member 4 is formed into a thin film. The cylindrical toner regulating member 4 is uniformly pressed to the toner layer carrier 2, and the longitudinal shaft of the cylindrical toner regulating member fixing member 5 is fixed to a bush rotatably supporting the longitudinal shaft of the toner layer carrier 2 in parallel with the toner layer carrier 2. |
