(POLY)OXYALKYLENE-CHAINED ENDOPLASMIC RETICULUM, ENDOPLASMIC RETICULUM MODIFIER AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To obtain the endoplasmic reticulum having no internal oxyalkylene chain and with the number of the oxyalkylene chains increased and to maintain the activity of the inclusion by linking a specified oxyalkylene chain only to the outer surface of the reticulum by the urethane coupling to the amino group on the outer surface of the reticulum. CONSTITUTION:An oxyalkylene chain shown by formula I is linked only to the outer surface of an endoplasmic reticulum by the urethane coupling to an amino group on the outer surface of the reticulum, and the reticulum has a structure expressed by formula II. In the formulas, Y is hydrogen atom or a 1-4C alkyl, AO is a 2-4C oxyalkylene group, and (n) is the average number of mols of the alkylene group added and is an integer of 1 to 1000. The oxyalkylene groups can be the same or mutually different when n>=2 and capable of being added at random or in blocks. The Lip-NH- shows an endoplasmic reticulum contg. a phospholipid having an amino group as the reticulum forming component.
