<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the aging period from that in an old method for allowing AWAMORI SAKE (a traditional distilled alcoholic beverage produced in OKINAWA Prefecture, Japan) to stand and age in a natural state for a long period by embedding charcoal powder in a storehouse and storing the AWAMORI SAKE in the storehouse. CONSTITUTION:This storehouse for embedding charcoal powder is obtained by embedding charcoal powder 1 so as to enhance the force of a magnetic field in the ground. As a result, effects of electronegativity of atoms (-5V measured with a surface potentiometer in the storehouse) are produced. The atoms in the molecule are regarded as having greater actions on attraction of electrons with increasing electronegativity. It is conformed that the production of aromatic components in the substance of AWAMORI is promoted by the actions of the electrons and a tendency to acidification is noted in the case of the SAKE (usual Japanese rice wine) stored in the storehouse by measuring the pH.</p> |
