PURPOSE:To obtain a dielectric resonator having compact size and excellent mass-productivity and stabilizing connection between resonators. CONSTITUTION:Three or more 1st dielectric boards 11 to 14 provided with recessed grooves 19 to 22 and three or more 2nd plate dielectric bases 15 to 18 are prepared, the boards 15 to 18 are stuck to faces having the recessed grooves 19 to 22 of the boards 11 to 14 and the opposite sides of the faces having the recessed grooves 19 to 22 and the boards 15 to 18 are respectively mutually and alternately stucked. After said adhesion, internal, external and short-circuited conductors are formed to obtain a dielectric filter 10. It is also possible to form a conductor film between resonators or adjust a connection state between the resonators through dielectric boards. When plural recessed grooves are formed on a dielectric board, many elements can be manufactured by sticking and cutting out the board. |
