PURPOSE:To assemble two housings free to assemble and disassemble without danger of deforming a seal member in a defective state of a sealing property. CONSTITUTION:A hinge device 24 is constituted by providing a bearing part in a case 14 and a shaft function part 68 on a cap 20. The bearing part is supported by a projected part 65, a guide part 57, a back wall 59 and a separation limit specifying part 60 free to separate the shaft function part 68 and to rotate it. A guide part 96 and a specifying part 92 are provided in the neighbourhood of a clamp device 26. In the state where the specifying part 92 is supported by the guide part 96 and the shaft function part 68 by the guide part 57 respectively, most of a seal surface 98 is maintained in the state separated from a seal member 40, and the shaft function part 68 and the projected part 65 are interferred with each other before the outer peripheral edge of the seal surface 98 is interferred with the seal member 40 and deforms it. Without avoiding these interference, it is impossible to carry out assembly, and accordingly, generation of seal defect is necessarily avoided. |
