<p>The invention relates to a seal ring for sealing between parts (2, 9) which are arranged inside one another and can move relative to one another. The seal is formed by a sealing ring (13) which has a seal housing (14) of annular shape, which has an essentially U-shaped cross-section, in which an inner ring (19) and an outer ring (20) are arranged. The inner ring (19) is elastically resilient, while the outer ring (20) is used as a sealing element.
