Combustion chamber for piston engine

The combustion chamber is for an IC engine. It has two parallel cylinder units (1) combined in a common cylinder head (2) to create a common combustion chamber fitted with common inlet and outlet valves (8,8'). The cylinders are supplied by a common injector unit between the cylinders. The injector unit may be arranged such that the direction of the spray is from below against the valve cover at the top of the combustion chamber. Alternatively, the direction of the spray may be from below against the cylinder head, or the injector unit may be fitted with a common ignition chamber.
