Process for preparing a filling for sticking plasters having a dermatological curative effect comprises mixing 12 cm<3> of finely pulverised plant starch (C6H10O5)n, with 3-7 cm<3> of aq. acetic acid soln. having a concn. of 30-100% until a homogeneous mass with a semi-liq. to pasty consistency is obtd. Acid-resistant equipment is used, at room temp. (15-25 deg C) with a stirrer speed of 6-150 rpm.
