<p>A user interface level (10) and a driving module (20) are interfaced via a control file (70) advising the driving module of all parameters, such as table fragmentation, necessary for investigation. An analytic module (21) is combined with an investigation module (22). Some external gauge functions (60) may be stored in independent modules or programs. The pref. graphical user interface reads a configuration file (30) which is pref. an ASCII or text file stored in mass memory. The configuration data are taken from a gauge file (40) and an investigation file (50).</p> |
