Polyamide-oligonucleotide derivs. of formula TÄ(NA-L)q (PA-L)r (NA-L)s (PA)tÜxT<1> (I) and their salts are new. In (I), q, r, s and t=0 or 1, provided that the sum of two or more adjacent q, r, s and t is at least 2; x=1-20; NA=a nucleic acid or a known nucleic acid deriv.; L=a covalent linker which is a direct bond or an organic gp. contg. at least one C, N, O or S atom; PA=a polyamide structure contg. at least one nucleotide base other than thymine; T and T<1>=terminal gps. or are covalently linked together.
