PURPOSE:To reduce a circuit scale by using only a detected synchronizing signal and to output a regular synchronizing signal. CONSTITUTION:A detection synchronizing signal C detected by a synchronizing signal detection circuit 1 is gated for the period set by a prescribed period calculation circuit 2 to be inputted to an M pulse detection circuit 3. M pulses outputted from the circuit 3 are outputted from one terminal of the circuit 3 as an M pulse detection circuit output signal M1, and are outputted from the other terminal as the M pulse detection circuit output signal M2 to be inputted to N continuous regenerating circuits 4, 5 respectively. Pulse groups N1, N2 regenerated by the circuits 4, 5 are compared with the detection synchronizing signal (h) detected by the circuit 1 by synchronization coincidence number measuring circuits 6, 7, and the number of pulses that phases coincide with each other are measured. The coincidence measurement value is supplied to a comparison circuit 8, and, e.g. the output of the N continuous regenerating circuit 4 is selected by a selection circuit 9. |
