<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a high precision color filter having glass-like hardness, having blue, green, red part excellent in light transmission property and high density black part and free from blurring by using a photosensitive material provided with at least three silver halide emulsion layers having different color sensitivity on a peeling layer applied on a supporting body. CONSTITUTION:The emulsion surface of a photosensitive material for color filter having at least three silver halide emulsion layers having different color sensitivity on the peeling layer applied on the supporting body is brought into close contact with a light transmitting substrate and is pattern exposed, developed and desilverized after the supporting body of the photosensitive material is peeled and removed. Though gelatin is advantageously used as a binder or a protective colloid capable of being used for the silver halide emulsion layer, an intermediate layer or a protective layer of the photosensitive material, other hydrophilic polymers may also be used. Polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl alcohol partial acetal or the like is exemplified as the hydrophilic polymer.</p> |
