PURPOSE:To lower wiring reactance together with the shortening of wiring length, and to reduce surge voltage at the time of operation by using a stacked conductor stacked through insulators while connecting a switching element and a capacitor to specified tabular conductors respectively by connecting means penetrated through the stacked conductor. CONSTITUTION:Each terminal of switching elements 1a-1f, 2a-2f and capacitors 3a, 3b is placed on approximately the same plane by cooling devices 4a, 4b, etc., and a stacked conductor 21 is mounted so as to cover these terminals. The stacked conductor 21 contains tabular conductors 17-20 formed in approximately the same size, insulating plates 12b-12d are interposed among these conductors respectively, and the insulating plate 12a is superposed on the surface of the first conductor 17 and the insulating plate 12e on the rear of the fourth conductor 20. Conductor collars welded to either one of the conductors 17-20 respectively, insulated from others and penetrated through the stacked conductor 21 are set up at places corresponding to each terminal, and the conductor collars are clamped to the terminals by terminal connecting bolts, thus bonding sections among the elements. |
