<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a state predicting device capable of reducing the fuzziness of simulation by simulating the motion of a plant by using a causual relation model based upon the qualitative information and quantitative information of the plant. CONSTITUTION:A data preparing means 3 prepares state data from process data. A simulation means 42 executes simulation by a causual relation model 40 constituted of qualitative information and quantitative information based upon the process data and the state data prepared by the means 3. Then a sign reduction means 41 inputting at least one of the process data and the state data selects data by the use of the model 40 and the means 42 executes simulation by using the model 40 based upon the selected data. A judging means 43 judges the state of the plant based upon a simulation result.</p> |
