PURPOSE:To provide an overall plant state evaluating device capable of executing proper overall state evaluation close to the subjective evaluation of an evaluater while considering both of fuzziness included in information to be evaluated and fuzziness included in the evaluater. CONSTITUTION:The overall evaluation device is provided with a state recognition/fuzzy message generating part 5 for converting a plant operation state case into a true value corresponding to the attribute of a language value and storing the true value as a data base, a fuzzy group storing part 9, a state/ strategic case storing part 10, a similar case retrieving part 6 for searching a similar case corresponding to a problem case to be evaluated from the data base and generating a scenario from a context to which the problem case belongs, a scenario generating part 7, and a state interpreting part 8 for changing the state judgement reference of the plant based upon each scenario and calculating a partial evaluation value to be a state interpretation signal. |
