<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetooptic sensor whose reliability is enhanced in use for a long term by a method wherein optical components such as a polarizer, a half-wave plate, a magneto-optical element and the like are fixed, by solder, inside a case. CONSTITUTION:A polarizer 1, a half-wave plate 2, a magneto-optical element 3 and an analyzer 4 are fixed in this order, by solder, inside a case 8. The order of the half-wave plate 2 and the magneto-optical element 3 may be reversed. Then, when the optical components are soldered to the case 8, a metal film is formed in a part on the surface of the optical components, the part is weted with molten solder, the solder is cooled, and the components are fixed. Thereby, the bonding force of the optical components to the case is not weakened by ambient surroundings, and the reliability of a magnetooptic sensor is not lowered over a long period.</p> |
