The apparatus adjusts picture intermediate frequency of a television in an assembly line automatically. The apparatus includes a selector(5) for providing sweep signals and single signal generated by a sweep marker generator(6) and a single signal generator(7) to a PCB, an A/D converter(4) for converting an analog signal from a PCB to a digital signal, and a controller(9) for adjusting an intermediate frequency of a PCB according to an output signal of the A/D converter.
