<p>A process for converting natural gas into hydrocarbons comprises a novel combination of processing steps wherein the natural gas (7) is first converted to syn gas (9), the hydrogen of which is reacted with carbon dioxide in a reverse water-gas shift reactor (2) to produce a mixture of water and carbon monoxide which is then contacted with a metal catalyst in a reactor (5) to give a mixture of hydrocarbons.</p> |
