8Alpha-acylaminoergolines with general formula I, in which C---C means simple or double bounding, R/exp_2/ imagines C/sub_1-7/-alkyl, C/sub_2-7/-alkenyl, CH/sub_2/-O-C/sub_1-4/- -alkyl or CH/sub_2-S-C/sub_1-4/-alkyl, R/exp_6/ means C/sub_2-6/- -alkyl, C/sub_3-6/-alkenyl or C/sub_3-5/-cycloalkyl-C/sub_1-2- -alkyl and R/exp_8/ means group with formula -CXR/exp_3/, or -SO/sub_2/R/exp_5/, where R/exp_3/ means hydrogen, or with hydroxygroup, mercaptogroup, C/sub_1-4/-alkoxygroup, acetyloxygroup or dimethylaminogroup substituted C/sub_1-6/- -alkyl, -O-C/sub_1-6/-alkyl, -S-C/sub_1-6/-alkyl, CF/sub_3/, -O-(CH/sub_2/)/sub_n-N(CH/sub_3/)/sub_2 or NR/exp_9/R/exp_10, X means oxygen or sulfur and R/exp_5/ means methyl or C/sub_1-4/- -alkylom mono- or disubstituted aminogroup, R/exp_9/ and R/exp_10/ means always hydrogen, C/sub_1-4/-alkyl, -(CH/sub_2/)/sub_n/-N(CH/sub_3/)/sub_2/, CH/sub_2/CF/sub_3/ or they create together with atom of nitrogen the imidazole surplus or morpholine group and N means 1, 2, 3 or 4 as their additive salts with acids, at which C---C means simple bounding, if R/exp_2/ is methyl and R/exp_8/ means CO-C/sub_1-6/-alkyl and R/exp_8/ doesn't mean group with formula (57) CXN(C2H5)2. Next are severe methods of preparation of this compounds described, which are suitable as medicaments, mainly for treating of Parkinson's disease.
