The controller having a pulse width modulation signal generating unit for regulating torque of the spindle motor by outputting a predertermined pulse width modulation signal by input of a voltage signal of a reference input signal and spindle motor; a second transistor whose base terminal is connected to the pulse width modulation signal output terminal of the pulse width modulation signal generating unit, whose collect terminal is connected to one part of the spindle motor, and whose emit terminal is connected to power supply; and a fourth transistor whose base terminal is contacted with a third transistor, whose collect terminal is connected to the other part of the spindle motor, and whose emit terminal is connected to sub-power supply, comprises a first current limiting unit for limiting current amount of the second transistor, the first current limiting unit being connected between the base terminal and the emit terminal of the second transistor, and a second current limiting unit for limiting the current amount of the fourth transistor, the second current limiting unit being connected between the base terminal and emit terminal of the fourth transistor.
