<p>A coating composition comprising (i) a mixture of copolymers comprising (a) 10% to 90% by weight, in terms of the resin solid content, of a copolymer having an active hydrogen group and (b) 90% to 10% by weight, in terms of the resin solid content, of an acrylic copolymer resin having a solubility parameter greater by 0.5 or more than that of said copolymer and having an active hydrogen group and, optionally, containing dispersed pigment, and (ii) a curing agent having a solubility parameter greater by 0.5 or more than that of said copolymer. This coating composition advantageously provide a coating having excellent coating properties (e.g., weathering resistance, solvent resistance, and dirt resistance) and having a good appearance, good adhesiveness to the substrate, and recoating adhesiveness.</p> |
