<p>PURPOSE:To treat treated water with ozonized air of a necessary min. optimum value by measuring the concn. of ozone dissolved in treated water by a dissolved ozone concn. sensor and outputting a control signal corresponding to the measured value from a controller to control the generation amt. of ozone of an ozone generator. CONSTITUTION:A biological activated carbon filter tank 1 and a treated water tank 6 in which the treated water filtered in the filter tank 1 flows are provided. An ozone-filled container 4 treating the treated water with ozone generated from an ozone generator 3 is arranged between the filter tank 1 and the treated water tank 6 and a dissolved ozone concn. sensor 12 is provided on the downstream side of the treated water tank 6 and connected to the ozone generator 3 through a controller 13. As a result, bacteria leaked to biological activated carbon-filtered water can be removed by ozonized water of which the injection amt. is controlled to a necessary min. optimum value, and ozone generating power or the use amt. of a waste ozone-decomposing material can be minimized.</p> |
