PURPOSE: An air-pressure injecting device for road non-slip pavement, and a construction method for road non-slip pavement using the same are provided to uniformly spread pavement in a short time regardless of a temperature change. CONSTITUTION: An air-pressure injecting device for road non-slip pavement comprises a storage tank(110), a carriage(10), a cover(120), an input hopper, an outlet, a control valve(121), and a pavement receiving unit(100). A part of the storage tank is exposed from the carriage. The storage tank accepts pavement. The cover is detachably formed on the storage tank, and seals the storage tank. The input hopper is installed in the cover. The outlet is formed in the bottom of the storage tank, and is connected to a spray gun. The control valve is installed between the cover and the input hopper.
