<p>PURPOSE:To simply produce treating water containing a large amount of ozone, sterilizing bacteria stuck to a food with the treating water and finely bubbled ozone, and further easily remove solid contents in the treating water. CONSTITUTION:In a method for circulating and using treating water with a pump, fluids comprising air mixture containing ozone generated from an ozone generator 6 and the treating water sucked with the pump are subjected to repeated mixing operations comprising dispersing, turning, spirally flowing and shearing treatments with a fluid-mixing device 5, and the produced ultrafine bubbles are returned into a sterilization treatment tank 2.</p> |
