PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition mild for skins and hairs and having good foaming power, cleansing power, rinsing property and touch by containing an alkyl glycoside, nitrogen-containing surfactant and the polyalkylene oxide adduct of a polyhydric alcohol in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition contains (A) an alkyl glycoside preferably represented by the formula (R1 is 8-18C alkyl or alkenyl, etc.; R2 is 2-4C alkylene; G is 5-6C reduced saccharide-originated group; x is on average 0-5; y is on average 1-10), (B) a nitrogen-containing surfactant preferably comprising a tertiary amine oxide, carbobetaine, sulfobetaine or fatty acid alkanol amide and (C) the polyalkylene oxide adduct (but propylene oxide agent in the case of ethylene glycol) of a polyhydric alcohol having an average mol.wt. of 300-4000 in a B/A weight ratio of 1/300-2 and a C/A weight ratio of 1/300-2. |
