<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic toner excellent in flowability, excellent in electrostatic charge characteristics even at the high humidity and excellent further in stability even after it is allowed to stand over a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:This magnetic toner contains at least a bonding resin and magnetic iron oxide particles and has <=13.5mum wt. average particle diameter. In the particle size distribution of this magnetic toner, the content of magnetic toner particles each having >=12.7mum particle diameter is <=50wt.%. The magnetic iron oxide particles contain 0.4-2.0wt.% silicon basing on the amt. of iron and inorg. oxide particles have been stuck to the surfaces of the magnetic iron oxide particles by 0.1-10 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the iron oxide particles.</p> |
